[Epiphany] got it working

I got it working but the files for start-here: seem to be missing. I did
some work on an improved start-here back in the galeon days ;)

Also the toolbar would be a lot cooler looking if it were possible to
turn off text under icons. This could go into the toolbar editor without
any major confusion or bloat.

The new bookmarks system is erm, interesting - guess it will be more
usable with a start-here.
