EOG in Bugzilla

Hi,

just created/fixed the EOG entry in Bugzilla.

There's now one component `general' with eog-maint bugzilla gnome org
as default owner.

Jens, you now have admin privs in Bugzilla so that you can add/edit
components.

To change eog-maint bugzilla gnome org, check out the halloween module
from GNOME CVS and edit bugzilla.gnome.org/maint-aliases.txt in it.

At the moment, it is:
