There's a Bluetooth Wiki that describes how to do this:

The problem is that headsets are now PCM plugin devices rather than hardware devices. So you need
to be able to tell ekiga to use an ALSA device that you have defined yourself in your .asoundrc
file. Failing that, perhaps you could temporarily make your headset the "default" device?
