We use Asterisk 1-4.11 and noticed that sometimes the DTMF tones are delayed. Once they pass through the other party cannot hear. We have SIP peers shown to see the ms per phone, but they are all less then 200 when this happens. How can we trouble shoot this issue?

debug on what?
I can see the DTMF packets being sent from Ekiga to Asterisk but it
doesn't seem to recognise them.
After removing the "dtmfmode=xxxx"
comment entirely, the asterisk server
now reads the dtmf tones! Setting it to RFC2833 or info didn't work.
However Ekiga still misses playing the first message sent from the
asterisk server. The other two soft phones do not... Any ideas?
Cheers
Alan
