[Ekiga-list] How to disconect from the other end with console command.

There is a setting in Ekiga : "Disconnect the call if nothing is
received during x seconds". 

Just enable that setting and the phone will disconnect if there is
inactivity.

That being said, it is weird that it does not react to your
disconnection. Perhaps a network issue...
