[Ekiga-list] fixed size windows in GUI

Hello All,

I've been unpleasantly surprised by the fact that various Ekiga windows
especially the ones with text entry fields, have fixed size.

I do have sometimes to enter text which is longer than text entry field,
and it's becoming really uncomfortable to in such a case.

'twinkle' does not have this issue, i.e. its windows are stretchable.

I suggest to reconsider the decision to have fixed sized windows in Ekiga.
