[Ekiga-list] static binary for ekiga 2.0.5

I am using Ubuntu Feisty, which only has 2.0.3 and I am trying to
build 2.0.5, but failed because Ubuntu does not have the correct
versions of opal and pwlib.

Are there any ekiga 2.0.5 static binary available which can be used in
*any* distribution?
