[Ekiga-list] Click-to-Dial from Firefox

You can add a handler to firefox to do just that. I've forgotten how to
do it, but I'll look and see. I have it set up in mine so that if it
sees sip:// ekiga is called up. But I did it a long time ago, I'll have
to refresh my memory on how I did it :)
