I don't have gconf-editor (nor can I find a similar RPM on fedora
website) and via Preferences/Video Devices there is no option for the
size.
In the file ~/.gconf/apps/ekiga/devices/video/%gconf.xml there is no
option "size"
I'll wait till ekiga 2.0.3 Fedora is available.

Yes you can increase the size of the video to 353x288, depending on
which version of Ekiga you are running this can done via the
Preference/Video Devices - you can select large or small.
If the selection can't be made here you'll have to change the setting
via gconf. I find 'gconf-editor' the easiest method.
The setting is under:
apps/ekiga/devices/video/size
0 = 176x144, 1 = 352x288
