[Ekiga-list] gatekeeper automatic discovery

Ask for the gatekeeper settings to your administrator and add them in
the Accounts Editor. It should work.

But, yes, we have unfortunately removed "Automatic Discovery", but that
shouldn't prevent you to register to the gatekeeper.
