A short search of the archives of this list would have revealed that you just 
have to download the library from www.libsdl.org and put it into the same 
directory as the ekiga binary. Your fault.

On the other hand, this dependency should really mentioned on the download 
page. Our fault.

@Damien: Can we just add a notice on http://snapshots.seconix.com/win32.php to 
go to http://www.libsdl.org/download-1.2.php and download SDL from there?
