[Ekiga-list] How to troubleshoot ekiga ?

Hi,

I've just Installed FC5 and Ekiga is provided in.

I have my ekiga account.

I succeed in buying a PC-To-Phone account.

When I try to call someone via ekiga or diamond... I have two ringing
tone and then "ça sonne occupé" (french speaking user inside sorry).

When I look at www.ekiga.net, my account doesn't appear to be online and
Ekiga is launched on my PC.

I have nothing in /var/log/*.

The configuration wizard seemed to work fine.

So, I need some help, some tricks to troubleshoot and make a diagnostics.
