You are supposed to cd into the win32 directory and type "make".
The script will automatically download some dependencies like openldap, 
regex, ... which will not be downloaded& compiled into your buildroot

However, you still need to install some system-wide packages : These are 
the packages mentionned in the "No Package 'xxx' found".
