[Ekiga-devel-list] Update Windows Build

Hi all,

as of today the windows build should work again. The changes required for mingw
4.2 fortunately were not as many as expected; maily some header files and
definition updates... With mingw 4.2 we no longer experience memory alignment
problems with ffmpeg; unfortunately the H.263+ codec still does not work - the
backtrace with gdb seems to be completely erroneous, and at least for one frame
the encoding, transmission, reception, and decoding seems to work. Any ideas are
welcome.
