I think you can safely use current Ekiga and current PWLIB.

For OPAL, I would suggest CVS from 20070520. 

However, the current OPAL CVS has a few fixes and new features that you
will not find back in the OPAL version from May.

This is the first time in the history of Ekiga that the OPAL CVS has
been broken so long. One of the main developers has done many changes to
support interesting new features, however, his changes are not
functional yet.

If those problems subsist, we could create ask Craig (in CC) to revert
all those changes while keeping the latest code in other areares, and
create a new branch in CVS for that code so that we can continue
developing on HEAD without that much trouble.
