Maybe. I was looking here:

http://www.openh323.org/bin/

but only found old releases. I poked around again and found that 1.11.2
was tagged in the cvs repo at sourceforge:

But hasn't been released here:

Strangely enough, 1.10.3 was released last week. Anyway, I'll try my
luck with v1_11_2 from cvs.
