I've looked at the patch, and I agree that you need to change the
parameters to GMManager::OnIncomingConnection

But I do NOT recommend copying code from
OpalManager::OnIncomingConnection into GMManager. 

Simply call OpalManager::OnIncomingConnection (connection, 0, NULL );
