[Ekiga-devel-list] why can't I post to list?

I posted to list asking which of the three branches are in the cvs tar
ball on seconix. I sent it the gmail interface.

It was bounced:

Your mail to 'Ekiga-devel-list' with the subject

  Re: [Ekiga-devel-list] 3 active branches

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

  Message has implicit destination

What does this mean? Who can I fix it? BTW, I am subscribed to the list.
