2.15 schedule, reminders

Hi everyone,

As there were no objections to the 2.15 schedule that John prepared,
I've removed the "draft" status.  So check out the scedule at

Also worth repeating is that new module proposals must occur much
sooner this cycle[1] -- we only have about two weeks left, so hurry up
and do the proposals!  (Thanks to those that have already done so.)
