Change for the 2.11.4 schedule

Hi all,

Due to the relocation of gnome servers [1], the schedule for 2.11.4
was shifted: tarballs are now due on July 1st (instead of June 27th)
and 2.11.4 will be released on July 3rd (instead of June 29th).

A "tarballs due" will of course be sent as a reminder :-)
