TARBALLS DUE: GNOME 2.13.3 Development Release

Hi,

The end of the year is nearing, and a nice way to celebrate it is to
make a gift to our users. Guess what? We have the opportunity to do
exactly this next week: we'll release the best GNOME release ever on
Wednesday. It will be released a bit too early for Christmas, but it's
okay: we contacted Santa Claus and tried to convince him to change the
Christmas date and to adopt the GNOME release schedule, but for some
reason, he didn't want (although he told us he's using GNOME and he
absolutely loves it). Anyway, we'll show our users that we love them,
won't we? :-)

Since we now have a nice list of exciting proposed modules, it'd be
great to see the exciting proposed modules have cool releases for the
lovely GNOME 2.13.x releases.

Tarballs are due on Monday (December 12th) for the GNOME 2.13.3
Development Release, which will be delivered on Wednesday.

Please note that we now use a hard deadline for tarballs: tarballs
uploaded after Monday 23:59 UTC will not be included in 2.13.3.

For more informations about 2.13, the full schedule, the official
module lists and the proposed module lists, please see our shiny 2.13
page on the wiki:

To help write good release notes, please add major user-visible changes
happening during the 2.13 release cycle to this wiki page:

Thanks,

Vincent
