Schedule for 2.8.x and 2.10.0 is now out

Sorry for the delay but the schedule leading towards the 2.A, erm, I
mean 2.10 release is available at http://www.gnome.org/start/2.9/ now.
The schedule is almost the same as the one Mark proposed. A couple
things to point out:
1) The hard code freeze was shortened to a single week, since that
seemed to be the consensus.
2) Since there were no objections to Shaun's proposals
(http://mail.gnome.org/archives/desktop-devel-list/2004-September/msg00138.html),
notes were added that the GDP needs notification for string and UI
changes after feature freeze.
3) Note that the 2.8.1 release is only one week away. So lets hurry
and exterminate some bugs, for example the ones at
http://tinyurl.com/43axb .
Let's keep the rocking releases rolling!
