It monkey-patches the regular env.Install and env.InstallAs, so as to need changes in apps. This and future changes I make will be available in a mercurial tree published at http://telecom.inescporto.pt/~gjc/hg/pygtk-scons/ Next I'll try to make 'scons distcheck' verify that DESTDIR is respected for all installed files.
