Please review patches to acomplish GNOME Goal #2

Dear GNOME modules maintainers,

With recent version of intltool, it is not possible to build the modules
that are still not using po/LINGUAS. 

That is a problem for people doing tinderboxing and testing, because we
need to search in bugzilla for patches that switch to using po/LINGUAS,
apply them, and iterate for every module in yellow in the following
list.

As you can see in that list, most of the modules have patches awaiting
to be approved for commit. 

Please, review the patches before they get outdated. If you don't have
the time to commit them, just mark them as accepted-commit_now, and I
will kindly do it for you ASAP.
