>From looking at /usr/include/XProto.h it looks like request_code 72 is a
call to XPutImage(). If you look at the XPutImage man page it tells you
why BadMatch may occur. (Usually I think it happens because of different
depths of the source image and the destination drawable.)
If you run the app with --sync, and maybe --g-fatal-warnings you may be
able to find what call is causing the problem.
