Request for nautilus-cd-burner freeze break

Heya,

This one is obvious, as right now, nautilus-cd-burner also shows non-
burners in the drop-down menu.

Patch is at:

And can be tested with the bcs_test test application in nautilus-cd-
burner CVS.
