Please remember notifying translators when you branch

Since there have been two modules branched for gnome-2-6 recently where
translators weren't informed, I'd like to remind everyone again that
translators aswell would *really* like to know about branch changes.
This is so that translators don't spend time and effort working on the
wrong branches.

So if you branch, send a mail to gnome-i18n gnome org aswell. Please try
to remember to do that, and translators will be happy.

(In an ideal world, there would be one authoritative source/database 
for module and branch information under the release team's control, but
we're not there yet, so a manual notification to each subproject in the
case of branching is still needed.)
