Mhhh... first, it seem that the proper properties is "local_only" :-)

Second, now my /opt/gnome/share/themes/Simple/gtk-2.0/gtkrc contains[1]
        
        GtkFileChooser::local_only = 0
        GtkFileChooser::show_hidden = 1
        GtkFileChooser::file_system_backend = "gnome-vfs"

in section default, but I can't access to vfs and I can't see any hidden
file in local fs :-?

BTW libgnome-vfs.so is not loaded in memory: it don't appear in
procman's memory maps.


[1] Yeah, it's an hack, but I don't remember now if $HOME/.gtkrc-2.0
accepts the "widget::property = value" form.
