All the ones to gnome-themes are just that, so I'll go ahead. The
gcalctool patch actually changes the name of the icon that's installed,
to match the one that was already in gnome-themes (for gcalc,
originally)... which seemed like a better idea at the time, but now I'm
unconvinced so I'll just add new icons to gnome-themes anyway and leave
gcalctool untouched. (Especially as the gcalctool maintainer is out of
contact for a couple of weeks anyway.)
