I would like to formally propose Evolution Webcal for inclusion in the Gnome 2.8 Desktop release. Evolution Webcal is a simple application to provide integration glue between the web and the Evolution Calendar. It registers as the URL handler in Gnome for webcal: URLs, and pops up a dialog asking the user to subscribe to the calendars they click on, by showing the name and description of the calendar, as well as allowing the user to set the update timeout for the calendar. It is available as the "evolution-webcal" module in CVS, and tarball releases are in ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/evolution-webcal . It requires evolution-data-server and libsoup 2.2. -- dobey
