This is much like a cleaned up gnome-control-center --use-shell, which quite
a few people have been urging us to move to for a while now. I wouldn't be
surprised to see us do it in the 2.8 timeframe, if the screen real-estate
and 'anyone can fill it with useless crap' issues are seen to. It must be
pointed out that the mockup looks much slicker than --use-shell does right
now. ;-)
