Ugh, I didn't consider this.  Many apologies.

Not being faimiliar with the icon code in libgnomeui or gtk+, is there a
difference between using gnome_icon_lookup vs. gtk_icon_theme?  E.g.
could we simply drop the former and just use the latter?
