I'm not sure we should encourage marshalling or discussion of Developer
Platform stuff on desktop-devel-list. If there are major changes that
hackers should know about, notification should probably go to gnome-hackers
(or gnome-hackers-announce in future), but I don't think this list is the
best place for "general discussion" about the Developer Platform.
