GtkFileChooserDialog now sets its size correctly

Hi,

GtkFileChooserDialog had an important bug (#129020), where it started up
too small.  Many people added calls to gtk_window_set_default_size()
when creating file choosers.  Now that this bug is fixed, you may want
to remove such calls if your programs use them.
