netapplet Gentoo Patch.

I have the startings of a Gentoo patch for the currently available 
netapplet.

Beer for Matthew Garrett, since my patch is based off his and only 
slightly modified.

I still have to do an init script, and more importantly, replace the 
ifup/ifdown functionality that Gentoo lacks for some reason.

Anyhow, this patch at least allows the program to run without crashing, 
and even shows some network info.
