gnome-control-center string freeze breakages

When the translation status pages started working again now, I
discovered three GNOME string freeze breakages, all in
gnome-control-center HEAD. The string freeze is still in effect there
because gnome-control-center hasn't got a gnome-2-6 branch yet.

The first one is this changed message:

        #: capplets/background/gnome-wp-capplet.c:1453
        #: capplets/background/gnome-wp-capplet.c:1464
        msgid "Add Wallpaper"

The ChangeLog refers to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=135084
but no warning of a string change had been given to translators on
gnome-i18n gnome org

The second changed message is this one:

        #: capplets/keybindings/eggcellrendererkeys.c:21
        msgid "<New accelerator...>"

There's no mention of a bug report of any kind, just this ChangeLog
entry:

        revision 1.13
        date: 2004/03/31 22:29:29; author: jody; state: Exp; lines: +5 -7
        Applied patch from
        http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=138502

        2003-12-30  Sven Herzberg <herzi gnome-de org>

                * capplets/keybindings/eggcellrendererkeys.c : change the "Type a
                new accelerator..." tooltip to a shorter form "<New accelerator...>".
                * capplets/keybindings/gnome-keybindings-properties.gladei : add an
                explanation on how use the capplet.
                This is based upon the work of Emmanuel Pacaud
                <emmanuel pacaud univ-poitiers fr>

The ChangeLog entry above also mentions the third string change:

        #: capplets/keybindings/gnome-keybinding-properties.glade.h:3
        msgid ""
        "To edit a shortcut, click on the corresponding row and type a new "
        "accelerator, or press backspace to clear."

No warning had been given in advance for any of these changes, and
offhand they seem all not terribly important for GNOME 2.6. I suggest
they all be reverted and only applied to HEAD after a gnome-2-6 branch
has been created.
