Are you talking about Yelp from branch gnome-2-4, or from HEAD?

HEAD presumably has this bug fixed:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=113906

The problem was that the patch came at the time of string-freeze (and  
all the other freezes as well), so it probably won't be available in  
the gnome-2-4 branch at all.
