Weekly update on translation status [Sep 14--Sep 21]

Another weekly translation status for core Gnome 2.4 D&DP: hated by  
few, ignored by some, and loved by most (or vice versa :-)

Not much action this week, which we can explain with Mars being real  
close to Earth, so most of the translators were out *watching* when  
they should have translated (nights, right?). Okay, maybe Mars was  
closer a week before, but that's still a valid excuse (if I say so).

The most notable work was done by Lithuanian team (up 8% in unsupported  
group), and Hungarian (up 4% in partially supported group) was not bad  
either. Estonian (up 2%) and Tamil (1.5%) are the only other ones who  
have actually did some work greater than 1%.

It was, as we may notice, paricularly quite in the supported group of  
languages -- they should know that "supported" doesn't mean "done", so  
get back to work :-)

Average change has contined declining, and it's only +0.284% this time.
