it is a resolver on the client side. At least, that's what I've
understood. There is a test program in test/.

well, this is something that, of course is needed, but that maybe has
its place outside gnome-network, which is intended for client apps.
But I'm all for it. Having a good server for all this will just help
gnome-network.
