Yes. I have perl-SGMLSpm-1.03ii-11, and that provides
/usr/lib/perl/site_perl/5.8.0/SGMLS/Outpu.pm, and
/usr/lib/perl/site_perl/5.8.0 is in the @INC that's mentioned in the error
message.

I don't seem to have any perl 5.8.1.

But if it's working for everyone else then that's OK. I built from a tarball
instead.
