gnome-panel 2.3.2.1

Hey,
	The big change in this release is that panel object context menus now
have a "Lock" menu item allowing you to lock objects to the panel.

	I'll by a pint at GUADEC for anyone who can come up with a way to get a
locked object to budge :-)

* What is it ?
==============

	gnome-panel contains the GNOME panel which is the
area on your desktop from which you can run applications
and applets, and perform other tasks.
