set your application title

Hi,

This bug reminded me -

Apps should call g_set_application_name() with the name of the
application (should be a translated string, along the lines of
"Terminal" or "Calculator" or "Gnumeric" or perhaps "Gnumeric
Spreadsheet").

We should probably have a HIG guideline (should it be the same string
as the Name field in the .desktop file? probably so).
