Re: build breakage: gnome-panel

Hey,
	I've had a quick look at this and can't see what's causing it. Nothing
that I can see has changed in gnome-panel, so it may be due to recent
inltool changes.

	If anyone has a fix, feel free to commit it.

	(Btw, you need a fresh checkout to see this)
