Hmm, it might be nice to at least have a resize menu item on the panel
menu... maybe not, I dunno.
I do think it would be cool if the scrollwheel worked once you were
actually in resize mode though (by pressing Alt+f8 or selecting that
mythical menu item), perhaps the patch could be reworked to do that? Or
has dynamic resize gone altogether? Even Alt-F8 doesn't seem to work on
my HEAD build any more... :/
