Bad version numbers for libgnome, libgnomeui and libgnomecanvas

libgnome, libgnomeui and libgnomecanvas as released for RC2 have this:
libgnomeui_2_la_LDFLAGS = \
-version-info $(LIBGNOMEUI_CURRENT:)$(LIBGNOMEUI_REVISION):$(LIBGNOMEUI_AGE) \
Note the misplaced ':' after current. This means they get the name libtool
version numbering. My current binaries are named libgnome-2.so.0.0.200
instead of the correct libgnome-2.so.0.200.0.
I think the best way to fix this is to release 2.2.0.1 releases with the
libtool version number that 2.2.0 was supposed to have. Since 0.200.0
(right) > 0.0.200 (current) i think we will be fine.
I will work with andersca and try to get new releases out today.
