Unable to find the GNOME_FILE_DOMAIN_APP_HELP domain

I get this error when the following code is used in my applet.

	gnome_help_display("stickynotes_applet",
		"stickynotes-introduction", &error);
or
	gnome_help_display("stickynotes_applet", NULL, &error);

What am I doing wrong? BTW, the applet was initialized using

PANEL_APPLET_BONOBO_FACTORY("OAFIID:StickyNotesApplet_Factory",
	PANEL_TYPE_APPLET, PACKAGE, VERSION,
	stickynotes_applet_factory, NULL);

where PACKAGE = "stickynotes_applet".
