gnome-panel branched

Hey,
	Just to let people know - gnome-panel has now branched for 2.4. All 2.2
development is now happening on the gnome-2-2 branch. Anything committed
to the gnome-2-2 branch should also be committed to HEAD. I consider the
gnome-2-0 branch effectively dead at this point.

	If anybody has got a patch that I blocked because of the various
freezes, let me know ... it'll save me hunting for it in bugzilla :-)
