	Notably - this is prolly a huge speedup for Solaris / slow machines who
(if special cased - for saturation == 0) can avoid doing ~9 double
precision floating point multiplies per pixel.

	Might be worth special casing in gdk_pixbuf_saturate_and_pixellate if
people are going to do that a lot.
