Or, you could always include all of the flags.  By including all of 
them, you are inherently not taking any kind of a side, but being as 
accurate as possible with respect to history and current world conditions.

The truth, no matter how delightful or distasteful is always the best 
course of action; suppression of it is always the worst.  :-)
