Evolution Data Server and libsoup

EDS is currently requiring libsoup (HEAD).  Currently we use it for the
groupwise backend.  We feel this is ok since the exchange connector, the
sunone work, open groupware and (soon) the webcal backend all use
libsoup, so its fairly common when writing backends.
